A little summer, a little crunch, and a whole lot of flavor.
Join me for a hands-on cozy Vietnamese cooking night featuring a fresh and vibrant noodle bowl topped with crispy homemade eggrolls, fresh herbs, crunchy vegetables, and delicious sauces.
In this small-group workshop, you’ll learn how to build the perfect summer noodle bowl from start to finish — balancing textures, flavors, and all the little details that make Vietnamese dishes so special.
You’ll make and enjoy:
🥢 crispy eggrolls
🌿 fresh Vietnamese herbs
🥒 crunchy veggies
🍜 silky rice noodles
✨ all the toppings + sauces that make the bowl chef’s kiss
No experience needed — just bring yourself, an appetite, and maybe a friend who loves food as much as you do.
