Come make one of my favorite Korean street-food treats with me!
Hotteok are warm, chewy Korean sweet pancakes stuffed with a gooey brown sugar, cinnamon & nutty filling and cooked until golden and crispy on the outside. Basically: crispy, chewy, sticky, slightly chaotic perfection.
During this hands-on Bake Night with Ami, we’ll make the dough together, mix our filling, stuff and shape our hotteok, then cook them up fresh so you can eat them warm — as you should. 😂
You’ll learn:
• How to make soft, chewy hotteok dough
• How to properly fill and seal them without all the good stuff escaping
• How to cook them for that crispy outside + chewy middle
• How to make the classic brown sugar, cinnamon & nut filling
And yes, you’ll get to eat your work AND take some home.
