Learn when autolyse helps, when it doesn't, and how it affects dough development.

πŸ§€ Inclusion Workshop

Choose from specialty loaves like:

  • Sun-dried Tomato Parmesan

  • Jalapeño Cheddar

  • Rosemary

Learn how to add inclusions without compromising your dough.

Make sourdough fit your lifeβ€”not the other way around.

🎨 Scoring Showdown

We'll split into Team Wheat vs Team Rye and compete to create the best scoring design.

Bragging rights included.

Each participant will bake a loaf during class so you can experience the full processβ€”from scoring to oven spring to warm bread fresh from the oven.

And yes, we'll probably eat hot bread before it cools because self-control is overrated.
